It's been almost a year since my mother island roared
I wish that all humans will appreciate what we learned
from 3.11.2011 in Japan one day
I wish that all humans can live in peaceful coexistence
with nature on this beautiful earth one day
I painted the voice of nature that I hear and dedicate
all my prayers to the children
If this piece could inspire you to start some conversation
between you and children,
and if your voices will seed, root and bloom,
that would be my ideal contribution.

未来をつくってゆく子どもたちのために、動物、自然界からの声を描きました。
「よろしくたのむね」と「ごめんなさい」の気持ちをこめて描きました。
いつの日か、人と自然がいっしょに美しい地球で平和に暮らす日が来ることを想って。
この絵を見る子どもたちと一緒に、お父さん、お母さん、おとなに会話をしてほしい。
もうすぐ１年。
２０１１年におきたこと、感じたこと、そこから学ぶことを決して忘れずに。
